Changes in DYNAMICS R4.8.4
- Added element [Gap seal] – allows you to determine the dynamic behavior of a rotor system with seals of this type in a nonlinear setting.
- Added element [Torque] – disturbances along the torsional degree of freedom in unsteady analysis.
- Added element [Stepped shaft] – taking into account additional torsional compliance from the penetration effect.
- A command has been added to the context menu to replace the current element of the [Rigid Link] type with an equivalent [Link] element.
- Added a command to the [Tools\Convert Rigid Links] menu – automatic replacement of rigid links with equivalent elastic ones.
- Added output of velocity and acceleration by angle of rotation in a section in the results of the [Nonlinear Analysis] algorithm.
- Fixed a program crash when trying to perform a calculation in the [Rolling Bearings] results processing algorithm when there is no subsystem selected in the Side1 list.
- Fixed lack of visualization of element properties when selecting it in a group.
- The operation of the [Dynamic load] element in the [unbalance] mode has been corrected. The initial load phase was 90 degrees behind the rotor rotation phase.
- Fixed other minor bugs in the interface.
- Added help file to the [Help \ Guidelines] menu.
- New materials have been added to the help system.
